Nabila just a small piece if advice ,never wear make up n go for sports.ur clogging ur pores. Anyways wenever we do any physical activity we breathe more ,and sweat a lot.
So let ur skin breathe too, dont clog the pores and also the sweat which comes out while ur playing sport is good for ur body however along wit ur makeup it will clog ur pores and give rise to various skin infections.like acne

But i’ve red before that physical sunscreen should be apply last, so it can reflect the UV rays. So does it mean should apply physical sunscreen after makeup? If so, i think the make up will rubbing off & no point of wearing make up. So what do u think? I’m confused
